Monmouth Green - Originally from Radnor in 1872 this is a dual purpose apple – it can be used as a cooker early in the season but holds well on the trees and can be used as an eater later in the season.  It is similar to the better known Granny Smith.  The apples for this juice were picked mid-late season making it a sharp medium juice
